Gender: Female
Hair Color: Penelope's hair is a bright shade of red. It cascades down to her shoulders. It is beautiful and straight and she often styles it differently. She has bits of blonde and brown here and there as well. She will often pull her hair up if it gets in her way, which is why she always has hair-ties on her wrist.
Eye Color: Her eyes are a bright shade of green with brown around her pupil. They sparkle and shine in the light. Her eyes are almond shaped. This, and her heart shaped face and freckles, gives her a sweet appearance.
Height: 5'6"
General build: She has an hour glass figure. Penelope isn't extremely skinny, however, she is not over weight either. Her weight is average and is around 130lbs.
Personality: Penelope is quirky, witty, sarcastic, and sweet. She has a great sense of humor and shows affection with sarcastic wise cracks and jokes. Her mind works a mile a minute and it seems like she has a witty response to everything. However, Penelope does have a bit of a temper and it is easily triggered. She often uses jokes and sarcastic comments in situations that she does not wish to be in. She tends to be rather blunt at times, since she doesn't think before she speaks. However, once someone gets to know her, she is sweet, quirky and they also learn that she does have a bit of a soft side.
History: Penelope's mother is the Broadway Star, Lizzie Yargin. She was born in the human city (which is located in Chicago) She traveled around the world with her mother, helping her with musicals and auditions. However, she kept her abilities secret. She soon traveled back to Chicago and found the Abandoned City. She has been there ever since.
Family: Her mother, Lizzie Yargin. She and her mother didn't exactly see eye to eye. Penelope is more of a tomboy, while her mother is...a bit girly. However, they got along well as far as mother and daughter relationships go. Penelope's father died when she was four. (He was a Shifter as well)
District: West
Animal form: Red Fox
Animal Fur color: Her animal form is a red fox. Thus, Penelope's fur color is a rusty shade of red. It has tints of brown and black on her back and tail. The tip of her tail is white. Her muzzle and chest are both white as well and all of her limbs are black.
Animal Eye color: Her eye color remains the same, bright and vibrant green as in her human form.
Other: Penelope learned about of her Shifting ability at a doctor's appointment. The doctor, who is now a close friend, tapped her knee to learn her reflexes and she turned into a red fox. She laughs about it often to those she is friends with.

Name: Grason Michel
Age: 19 years
Birthday: August 7, 1991
Gender: Male
Hair Color: His hair is a dirty shade of blonde. It is cut in a skater style and s rather shaggy and messy looking at times. He often spikes it up. Or when he's lazy he'll just leave it be to hang a bit in his face.
Eye Color: His eyes are an odd shade of gold. They are almond shaped eyes under his bushy, blonde eyebrows.
Height: He is rather tall and stands at about 5'10" in height. He has broad shoulders and muscular arms, giving him a bit of a foreboding appearance.
General build: Again, Grason has a muscular, tall build. He has quite a hefty weight and clocks in at about 175lbs. However, this is due to his toned, tan body and tall height.
Personality: Grason tends to have what seems like multiple personalities. To those he does not know he is rather tentative, untrusting, and cautious. It seems as though he is shy, but he is just unable to trust before he knows that whoever he's with will not end up being an enemy. Around people he knows and trusts he is friendly and kind. However, he does keep his rather serious, foreboding nature. Grason has an odd, sometimes dark sense of humor. But he finds humor unimportant and tends to keep it to himself. Around those he does not trust or dislikes he is cruel, rash and hateful. He has quite a temper and often lashes out if he feels he is threatened or believes one of his friends is threatened. Grason is the kind of person that is either your best friend, or your worst enemy.
History: Grason had a rather rough childhood. His father abused him and his little sister Maggie. He would often stand up for Maggie during his father's drunken times, and for that he has many scars from wounds his father inflicted on him. His mother died when he and Maggie were young, so Grason was the main provider of their family. He worked many small jobs to pay for food and school. Maggie and Grason's father both died in a car crash (due to his father's drunk driving) when Grason turned sixteen. He has been rather distant since then. After that he left his small, hometown in search of somewhere new.
Family: All of his closest family is dead. He has his aunt in Oklahoma and his grandparents (on his father's side) in Arizona. However, he does not hear from them or visit them. He hasn't since Maggie died.
District: South
Animal form: His animal form is the proud African lion. His lion form is strong, large and threatening (just like his human form)
Animal Fur color: His fur is the usual golden brown with tints of a darker brown. His mane is different shades of golden brown and his nose is a grayish-pink.
Animal Eye color: His eyes are the same color in his animal form. They are a rich gold with flecks of brown.
Other: Grason has a heart shaped face and high cheek bones. Many girls swoon over his strong, handsome appearance. And Grason finds it irritating. He often scoffs at said girls and rolls his golden eyes in annoyance.

Age: 16 years
Birthday: June 2, 1994
Gender: Female
Hair Color: Her hair is long, straight, and oddly colored. It is streaked black, blonde and brown throughout it. She has long bangs that hang in her heart-shaped face giving her a bit edgy appearance. Her hair reaches to the small of her back and she styles at times. Her favorite thing to do is to have it in pigtails.
Eye Color: Her eyes are almost cat-like. They are a pale shade of brown that looks gray in the light. She tends to wear a lot of eye makeup. She enjoys harsher looks to try and intimidate.
Height: She is rather small and petite. She’s only about 4’11” in height.
General build: Mira has a small, petite, and agile build. She doesn’t have much of an hour-glass figure. Her limbs are small, thin and stick-like. Her build looks extremely delicate, but she doesn’t let others know that. She only weighs about 100lbs, since she is so small sometimes her weight is less.
Personality: Mira has a strong, boisterous personality. She enjoys clothing that is a bit out there, loves crazy hair styles, and hopes to get a tattoo. She is rather odd and quirky most of the time. She loves heavy metal, classic rock, and oddly enough she greatly enjoys techno. She isn’t afraid to say exactly what she is thinking and prefers to intimidate with words and snide remarks since she doesn’t have much body strength. Mira is rather artistic and enjoys writing poetry, songs, and sketching in her spare time. Mira claims to have quite the temper and seems rather harsh and mean, but she puts on this facade of harshness because inside she is a small, weak, lonely fourteen year old girl with no friends, no family, and no memory of who she is. So she acts like everything is fine and she doesn’t care to keep from being hurt anymore.
History: She has no memory of her past. She has been on her own for as long as she can remember. However, what made her alone is what she does not know.
Family: Mira doesn’t know it, but her mother and father are both alive. Mira’s house caught fire when she was home alone. She hit her head during the fire. Thankfully, she was saved when the firemen put the fire out. They took her to a hospital and Mira had no recollection of who she was or why she was there. She left when no one was looking and has been alone since. Her mother and father are still looking for her to this day.
District: North District
Animal form: Her animal form is the rare, Indian Desert Cat.
Animal Fur color: Her animal fur is a sandy brown with dark brown and black spots. She looks almost like a small leopard with pointed ears.
Animal Eye color: Her eyes are the same color, the pale brown that looks gray at times.
Other: Mira doesn’t know her last name, so she made one up. Her actual last name is Ceillo.

Name: Sean Millers
Age: 17 years old.
Birthday: April 19, 1993
Gender: Male
Hair Color: Sean’s hair is a normal shade of brown. It curls ever so slightly and he keeps it cropped shirt. It often looks messy, like he did nothing to it. And more likely than not, he didn’t do anything to it. Sean has a bit of stubble growing on his jaw line, and he greatly enjoys the fact that he has this.
Eye Color: His eyes are a stormy shade of blue, like the sky after it’s done raining. His pupil and the outside of his iris is lined with an odd, glowing silver. His eyes have this odd...searching look to them. When you stare into them, it feels like your being drawn into a pool of water. It feels as though he is seeing your thoughts and showing sympathy for your past hardships.
Height: Sean is tall. He stands at about 6’0” in height and he greatly enjoys the fact that he is able to tower over others.
General build: Sean isn’t extremely muscular, but he likes to believe he is. Although, his build can’t be described as scrawny either. Sean simply has an average build for someone of his height and weight. Not too muscular, but not too scrawny either.
Personality: Sean has a bit of a reckless personality. He doesn’t put much thought into his actions and often acts on whims. He pays for his lack of thought later. He is sarcastic, funny, seems a bit idiotic, and is hard-headed. He fails to see significance in things that he doesn’t feel are important to everyday life, and he voices these opinions without question. However, as reckless and idiotic and Sean may be, he is also kind and caring to others. Although he may not seem it, he cares greatly about those he is friends with and will often be described as trustworthy.
History: Sean had a normal life before he found out he was a Shifter, and even for a time after. He went to public school, and openly hated it. He resented his parents at times for not letting him do things...typical teenager. His mother sought self-help-books for his reckless behavior and his father was a stress smoker. After he learned of his abilities he tried to keep a normal life. But he would often shift into his animal form without giving it much thought. He dropped out of school when he turned sixteen and left home one night and never looked back. He recently arrived in the Abandoned City after his long journey there.
Family: He had a mother and a father. Although, he isn’t sure where they are now. He hasn’t heard from them since he was sixteen.
District: He is a nomad, he’ll say he’s from the East District, but he roams everywhere without much of a care.
Animal form: His animal for is the African Painted Dog.
Animal Fur color: His fur is like most African Painted Dogs...it is blotched with colors like black white and brown. His ears are a bit large for his head and his nose is a deep shade of brown. His right, front paw is white as though it was dipped in paint.
Animal Eye color: His eye color in his animal form is a deep, warm shade of brown rather than his cool shade of blue in his human form.
Other: He has a tattoo of a blue dragon all across his back.

Name: Bellinda (Bell) Maarx
Age: 13 years
Birthday: June 17, 1997
Gender: Female
Hair Color: Bell has shortly cropped, light blonde hair. It reaches to about her jawline. She has thin layers and her hair has this feathery, messy style to it. She has bangs that hang a bit on her forehead and swoop down. They are died teal and blue. Her skin is pale and untanned. Her face is slightly oval shaped and she enjoys wearing make-up.
Eye Color: Bell’s eyes are a beautiful shade of aqua blue. Around her pupil is a light shade of teal. These colors match that of the colors in her hair. Her eyes are placed a bit closely together, but she is still rather beautiful.
Height: Bell isn’t very tall. When she’s standing up straight she only stands at about 4’9”.
General build: Bell has a small, petite build. Or at least is seems that way. However, underneath her usual long sleeved shirt are rather noticeable arm muscles. Bell, since her animal form isn’t very strong, has decided to be strong in her human form. She’s quite muscular and can usually lift more than her own weight, which isn’t saying much since she only weighs about 90lbs.
Personality: Bell has a rather stubborn, hard-headed personality. She doesn’t smile all that often and doesn’t speak nicely at times. She isn’t mean, she’s simply truthful. She never thinks before she speaks, therefore she seems rather mean. She doesn’t have much of a sense of humor, not even sarcastic. Bell has quite the temper and tends to get angered rather easily. However, she doesn’t have trust issues like most. She simply seems, distant and unemotional. And she remains like this, even if she’s happy.
Many ask if Bell even has emotions, and she always says she doesn’t. She doesn’t really have many facial expression, and if she does it’s a small frown.
History: Most Shifters have some kind of teary history...But not Bell.
Bellinda was a rich only child that got anything she wanted. Her parents weren’t around or paying attention enough to notice her shifting abilities. They gave her anything she asked for without much question. She had the life that anyone dreamed about. She could go anywhere, do anything, buy anything and never get into trouble. And for a while it was fun. Bell became reckless, buying whatever it was she wanted at that moment without looking at the price tag. Tons of people in her rich, private school loved Bell and wanted to be friends with her. She was popular, rich, and able to do whatever without getting into trouble. Her father worked for the FBI and Government and invested in stocks and her mother was born into mother from their great-great grandfather who struck gold and oil in the early 1900s.
Bellinda was set for life. But she got bored...So one day she got into her expensive car, which she drove illegally, packed her fancy luggage with clothes, money, electronics and left. Her parents didn’t notice. After months of living in fancy hotels, she found the Abandoned City. She had her servants fix a house for her and she now lives in the East District. Her servants live in the house with her and she still gets her monthly allowance of $500 dollars wired into her online bank account. She has one of the only houses that is livable, large, and has working water and electricity.
Family: Her mother’s name is Ginger Maarx and her Father’s name is Gary Maarx. She hasn’t heard from them since she left, but she still gets her account wired to her bank account monthly so she knows they’re okay.
District: East District
Animal form: Her animal form is a Fennec Fox.
Animal Fur color: Her fur color is the usual pale shade of beige. Her back his a bit darker and looks to be a light shade of golden brown.
Animal Eye color: Her eyes are the same color as they were in her human form. (The rick aqua blue and green)
Other: Bellinda was originally named Marianna-Lee. But she legally changed her name to Bellinda.

Name: Julian (Ian) Koouf
Age: 17 years
Birthday: October 31, 1992
Gender: Male
Hair Color: His hair is black and shaggy and cut in a skater style. It hangs a bit in his face and he often dies bits if it different colors. His favorite is a few white streaks and this is how he normally wears it.
Eye Color: His eyes are a beautiful shade of sea foam green. They look like the waves of the ocean when the sun has just risen.
Height: He's rather short and only stands at about 5'3" in height.
General build: Ian looks like he has a scrawny, unmuscular build. And it is rather true. He doesn't have noticeable muscles or anything like that. But his build can't be described as scrawny either.
Personality: Ian is very sweet, kind ad rather worrisome most of the time, even though he doesn't seem it from his appearance.
History: Ian was dating a girl named Mira. After her house caught fire she disappeared. Ian went looking for her and has been ever since.
Family: He has his mother, Mary, and his older brother, Seth.
District: None
Animal form: Unlike most in the Abandoned City, Ian is not a shifter. Or if he is he doesn't realize it yet. However, he knows they exist and is fine with it because he was dating a girl named Mira and she was a Shifter.
Animal Fur color: As stated, he has no animal form.

Other: (Note: Ian is just a plot character. That is why there I no effort put into him and that's why he's a human. Please, if you wish to have a human character for a plot PM me asking permission. Thank You)

But I actually like Ian xD I might make him an actually charrie later. So i'm keeping him here. Besides, I don't want to make a habit of having temporary human characters simply for plots.
